What is under eye fat correction?
You can have the effect of improving the protruded undereye portion and of filling the deep furrows between eyes by re-arranging the wrinkles which have been protruded and the sagging fat due to the skin sagging and because muscles right under the eyelids are excessively developed as you get old.
Characteristics of the surgery method
In case where unlike the charm band under the eyes, the fat has been protruded and due to such fat, there are deep furrows shaded, it is better to considercorrection of the fat rather than removing the fat. It is the surgery which collects fat and fills with that fat the parts with deep wrinkles under the eyes and other hollow parts and make the overall parts even unlike the under eye fat removal which removes only fat when there is no other problemexcept that the fat is protruded.
Surgery method
① Excise the conjunctiva under the eyes with a laser and expose the fat.
② Create the space for fat re-arrangement.
③ Press slightly on the eye parts and spread the fat coming out and fix with threads.
④ Seam meticulously the flow of blood and seal.
The dark circles is the phenomenon occurring when fat protruding when the membrane which covers the fat inside the eyelid becomes weak and is the phenomenon that black shades occur or pigmentation of the skin occurs and the face looks dark. When there are dark circles, you look dark and older than the actual age, thus they should be corrected.
In the case of the dark circles where fat has sagged, it is easy to remove the fat under the eyes. It is more effective as the age is younger and since the incision of theconjunctiva is made inside the eyelids, the scars are not seen after the surgery
When the under eye part ishollow and the fat of the eyelids is protruded, it is good to correct the fat. Unlike the fat removal methods, it is the method which corrects the unnecessarily condensed fat into the hollow part and when the fat is not enough for the correction, fat graft can be combined as part of the method. In general, the Operation time is around 15~30 minutes and you can go back to your daily life quickly in short period of time. In general the swelling goes away mostly within 2~3 days after the surgery.
