Over 10 years, we have been helping a healthy student life at the over 20 international schools in Seoul and Korea.

Dr. Thomas Cohen, our senior osteopath said:
"Since I am a kid, I play rugby. For many years, I was stressed before competitions. I slept badly, I was afraid of injury or of not being good enough on the field. Nobody tried to understand me and the only answer I was given was "It's gonna be alright". During teenage years, body (physically, hormonally) and mind fundamentally change. Our natural evolution can be a source of stress and impact our future if she is not harmonious. Growing up, I understood there is a mind-body connexion. Posture and mind influenced each other.
This is why I finally became an osteopath and guided the national U18 players (teenagers) to improve their physical and mental health."

Dr. Thomas Cohen will check the whole body as a unit such as alignments and movement. The, he will give a customized posture education and exercise tips. This process could lead to a relaxed condition both physically and emotionally. Better sleeping, eating, digestion and adaptation to the stress from the new culture, school, language and etc.

Un nouveau membre nous rejoint, Thomas Cohen D.O🇫🇷

Diplômé de l’ESO Paris-Suposteo en 2019, après 6 ans de formation à temps plein durant lesquels j’ai pu travailler en milieux sportif, pédiatrique (service de maternité), hospitaliers (service de soins palliatifs et service gériatrique).



Depuis 2018, je suis l’ostéopathe de l’Équipe de France de Touch Rugby +30 avec laquelle j’ai participé à une Coupe d’Europe (2018) 🥈et une Coupe du Monde (2019)🥉. J’ai travaillé ponctuellement avec des équipes professionnelles de rugby (Équipes d’Angleterre et d’Argentine / Stade Français Paris)🏉.



Durant un an j’ai eu l’opportunité de travailler au sein d’un cabinet spécialisé en périnatalité et pédiatrie ce qui m’a permis de me perfectionner dans ce domaine👩‍🍼👶. 



Depuis mon diplôme j’ai également collaboré de manière hebdomadaire avec des entreprises dans lesquelles j’intervenais pour prendre en charge les salariés sur leur lieu de travail 👨‍💻.



Ces multiples expériences me permettent de prendre soin tout type de patient avec confiance et expérience. Chaque patient a sa propre histoire, c’est pourquoi mes traitements et les conseils ou exercices que je donne à mes patients sont spécifiques à leurs besoins.



Si j’ai voulu devenir ostéopathe c’est pour mener mes patients vers l’épanouissement en permettant à leur corps de s’adapter de la meilleure des façons aux contraintes du quotidien qui empêchent notre corps et notre esprit de s’exprimer pleinement 😌.
