Food is a great experience to share with people and the Ladies at the 2019 Lagom Wellness Retreat were able to experience something really special on Grand Cayman. ⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀
family style farm (and sea) to table is an experience not to be missed. We were all able to enjoy local, sustainable healthy dishes served under the stars sitting by the sea.⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀
It was great to listen to Luigi talk about the local farmers he went and gathered ingredients from for our dinner.

Experiences like this lead to fun, bonding and amazing conversations. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK⠀

The escape room at was a new activity for the 2019 Lagom Wellness Retreat. There were lots of laughs and a few screams as ladies competed in two teams trying to escape either the Asylum or Death Row. ⠀
⠀
This activity really challenged all the ladies and showed them how successful they can be when they work together.⠀
⠀
It was also humbling to learn that it’s okay to ask for help (clues) when working through a problem.

There may be some ladies wanting a rematch next year!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Spending time trying on diamonds was an important way for the ladies of the Lagom Wellness Retreat to remember that they are worthy of being spoiled and spending 💰 on themselves.

The shopping was even more fun when starting popping open bottles of champagne!!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Having at Perfectly Pampered Cayman set up at the villa to provide massages for the ladies was a nice treat. ⠀
⠀
It reminded the ladies of the importance and value in taking care of themselves both at the retreat and especially when they return home. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
