Today I made my own improvisation of flourless cheese pancakes—simple, wholesome, and incredibly delicious. Perfect for a cozy breakfast!

Recipe (4 servings):
🥚 1 egg
🥛 150 g matsoni (or plain Greek yogurt)
🌾 150 g rolled oats
🧀 100 g Gouda cheese, grated
🧂 Salt to taste
🧈 50 g butter

Mix all the ingredients, cook until golden on both sides, and enjoy warm. Crispy outside, soft and cheesy inside! 🤍
