ພິທິເຊັນບົດບັນທຶກຄວາມເຂົ້າໃຈລະຫວ່າງ Lao Alliance Pharmaceutical Group ແລະ Mane Group
ໃນ ວັນທີ 30 ເດືອນພະຈິກ 2025 ທີກຣຸງພະນົມເປັນ ອານາຈັກກຳປູເຈຍໄດ້ມີພິທິເຊັນບັນທຶກຂໍ້ຕົກລົງ (MoU) ດ້ານຍຸດທະສາດ ເພື່ອຜັກດັນການພັດທະນາດ້ານຢາ ແລະ ສາທາລະນະສຸກໃນປະເທດກຳປູເຈຍ ລະຫວ່າງ Mane Group ຈາກລາຊອານາຈັກກຳປູເຈຍ ແລະ ກຸ່ມບໍລິສັດ Lao Alliance Pharmaceutical Group (LAPG) ຈາກ ສາທາລະນະລັດປະຊາທິປະໄຕປະຊາຊົນລາວ ໄດ້ເຊັນບັນທຶກຂໍ້ຕົກລົງຮ່ວມມືຢ່າງເປັນທາງການເຊິ່ງເປັນຈຸດເລີ່ມຕົ້ນຂອງຄວາມຮ່ວມມືດ້ານຍຸດທະສາດເພື່ອຂະຫຍາຍອຸດສາຫະກຳດ້ານຢາ, ສາທາລະນະສຸກ ແລະ ເຄື່ອງສຳອາງໃນປະເທດກຳປູເຈຍ.
ພາຍໃຕ້ການຮ່ວມມືນີ້ ທັງສອງຝ່າຍຈະຮ່ວມກັນຈັດຕັ້ງ Phanthamit Pharmaceutical (Cambodia) Import & Export Co., Ltd. ແມ່ນບໍລິສັດຮ່ວມທຶນທີ່ຈະມຸ່ງເນ້ນໃນການນຳເຂົ້າ, ການຂຶ້ນທະບຽນ, ການກະຈາຍສິນຄ້າ ແລະ ໃນອະນາຄົດຈະມີການຜະລິດສິນຄ້າດ້ານການແພດແລະສຸຂະພາບທີ່ມີຄຸນນະພາບສູງໃນປະເທດກຳປູເຈຍ. ຄວາມຮ່ວມມືນີ້ສອດຄ່ອງກັບແນວທາງການພັດທະນາຂອງພາກພື້ນ ແລະ ມຸ່ງເສີມຄວາມໜ້າເຊື່ອຖືຂອງຫ່ວງໂຊ່ງອຸປະທານ ພ້ອມທັງພັດທະນາການເຂົ້າເຖິງການດູແລສຸຂະພາບໃນກຸ່ມປະເທດ ASEAN.
ນອກເໜືອຈາກການຂະຫຍາຍທາງທຸລະກິດ ທັງສອງຝ່າຍຍັງຕົກລົງເລີ່ມການສົນທະນາຄວາມເປັນໄປໄດ້ໃນການສ້າງໂຮງໝໍໃນກຳປູເຈຍ ໂດຍນຳຄວາມຊຳນານຂອງ LAPG ດ້ານຢາ ແລະ ການແພດ ມາປະສານກັບຄວາມມືອາຊີບຂອງ Mane Group ດ້ານການບໍລິຫານທຸລະກິດ, ການລົງທຶນ ແລະ ໂຄງສ້າງພື້ນຖານ. ວິໄສທັດນີ້ສະທ້ອນເຖິງຄຳມຸ່ງຫມັ້ນຮ່ວມກັນໃນການພັດທະນາການເຂົ້າເຖິງການຮັບບໍລິການທາງການແພດ ເພີ່ມທະວີບໍລິການທາງການແພດ ແລະ ມີສ່ວນຮ່ວມໃນການເສີມສ້າງການເຕີບໂຕທາງເສດຖະກິດ-ສັງຄົມໃນລະຍະຍາວໃຫ້ແກ່ອານາຈັກກຳປູເຈຍ.
ບັນທຶກ MoU ນີ້ ບໍ່ພຽງແຕ່ເປັນຄວາມຮ່ວມມືທາງທຸລະກິດ ແຕ່ຍັງເປັນການຜັກດັນຄວາມຮ່ວມມືພາກພື້ນໃນອະນາຄົດ ເພື່ອເສີມສ້າງຄວາມເປັນຫຸ້ນສ່ວນຍຸດທະສາດລະຫວ່າງກຳປູເຈຍ-ລາວ ແລະ ສົ່ງເສີມວິໄສທັດການຮ່ວມມືພາຍໃນ ASEAN ດ້ານອຸດສາຫະກຳຢາ ແລະ ສາທາລະນະສຸກ.
Mane Group and Lao Alliance Pharmaceutical Group Sign Strategic Memorandum of Understanding to Advance Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Development in Cambodia in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia — 1 December 2025
Mane Group of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Lao Alliance Pharmaceutical Group (LAPG) of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 30 November 2025 in Phnom Penh, marking the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at expanding the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and cosmetics industries in Cambodia.
Under this cooperation, the Parties will establish Phanthamit Pharmaceutical (Cambodia) Import & Export Co., Ltd., a joint venture that will focus on the importation, registration, distribution, and future manufacturing of high-quality medical and health-related products in the Kingdom of Cambodia. This partnership aligns with regional development priorities and seeks to strengthen supply chain resilience and healthcare access across ASEAN.
In addition to expansion, the Parties have agreed to begin feasibility discussions on establishing a hospital in Cambodia, combining LAPG’s medical and pharmaceutical expertise with Mane Group’s proven leadership in hospitality, investment, and infrastructure development. This vision reflects a shared commitment to improving healthcare access, enhancing medical services, and contributing to the Kingdom’s long-term socio-economic growth.
This MoU symbolizes not only a commercial cooperation, but a forward-looking regional initiative that strengthens the strategic partnership between Cambodia and Laos and reinforces the broader vision of ASEAN collaboration in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
