Kilo off clinic For me, the key to success was one small change at a time. My story is not one of overnight success. I didn’t take a magic pill.

This is me Elise El Haddad ,a dietitian , life coach, health educator, nutrition writer, life sciences instructor, lover of delicious food and fitness enthusiast. I used to be morbidly obese ”135 kg “ and have managed to lose the weight over the past 2 years by incorporating a healthy lifestyle and a more active life. My journey has been more like a roller coaster ride of trials, many errors, and

a collection of small milestones along the way, eventually leading to more than I ever expected to gain. I’m ready to share with all of you my all experiences to help you reach your goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle.

3 موز كبير
2 بيض،
2 كوب طحين
ملعقة صغيرة baking powder
ملعقة صغيرة القرفة
نص كوب سكر نيفيلا
ملعقة صغيرة ملح
ملعقة صغيرة الفانيلا
100غ زبدة قليلة الدسم

طريقة التحضير :
في وعاء كبير نهرس الموز مع السكر
نضيف الزبدة الذائبة ونخفق المكونات جيداً
نخفق البيض مع الفانيلا و برش الحامض
نضيف المكونات الجافة الى خليط البيض و نحرك جيداً
نخلط الزبدة و السكر و نخفق جيداً
يخبز القالب على حرارة 220 ل 45 دقيقة
