What is the best lifestyle to live in proper to increase longevity, and to improve health and immune system?

Here are some recommendations:
- Drink water 8 to 10 cups daily.
- Exercise regularly 4 days per week minimum.
- Eat healthy, fruits, vegetables, fish, nuts.. and less sugar.
- Take prebiotics, probiotics to promote healthy gut.
- Sleep 7 hours minimum per day.
- Decrease body inflammation by taking antioxidants and anti-inflammatory ingredients (turmeric, spirulina, red grapes, blue green algae, coenzyme Q10, green tea, ginseng...).
- Maintain muscle mass and decrease body fat (when fat is high in our body, inflammation is high). Lean person tend to have a stronger immune system.
- Take 5 to 10 min per day for proper breathing exercise, because stress increase cortisol level in our body and increase inflammation.

I chose to spend these days at home to learn new skills and watch more online trainings. Honestly, didn't know that I can benefit from this period this much.
It helped me to grow my business, and it gave me the opportunity to learn more and more from the most successful people in this field. Yes, that's true. Calorie restriction has remained the most scientifically researched method for the past eighty years.

Why? To understand this, we must once return to our genes. Certain genes can remain inactive our entire lives....unless some kind of danger comes along and threatens the life of an individual. That is when a specific type of gene will be activated : survival genes. Their mission is to protect humans. Researchers have identified a gene family called sirtuins, which are present in the tissues of almost every life form. Aging is a highly regulated mechanism which is genetically controlled by these genes, whose task is to activate the production of a specific enzyme protein called SIRT. This enzyme improves DNA stability and inhibits the assembly of abnormal DNA, while increasing overall cell lifespan.
