Dr. Issa Issa, Head of the Pediatric Surgery Department at Notre Dame des Secours University Hospital, has been dedicated to providing expert surgical care to newborns, children, and pediatric emergencies since 1997. His extensive expertise includes neonatal, pediatric, digestive, urological, thoracic, and minimally invasive surgery.
He completed advanced training in Pediatric Surgery at CHU Hautepierre and Le Parc Hospital in France (1993–1996), and holds specialized qualifications in Pediatric Surgery and Laparoscopic Visceral Surgery from the University of Strasbourg and Kyiv University. He earned his medical degree from Bogomolets University in Kyiv, Ukraine.
