• بتهدّي الأعصاب وبتخفف التوتر

is a simple yoga movement that gently flows between two positions. It’s often used at the start of a practice to warm up the body.
Key benefits:
• Improves spine flexibility: moving between arching and rounding helps keep the spine mobile
• Relieves back and neck tension: especially useful if you sit a lot or feel stiffness
• Connects breath with movement: encourages slow, deep breathing
• Reduces stress: the rhythm of the movement helps calm the nervous system
• Improves posture: by increasing awareness of your spine alignment
• Gently activates core and back muscles
Simple tip:
Inhale as you drop the belly and lift the chest (Cow 🐄)
Exhale as you round the spine and tuck the chin (Cat 🐈)
Even 1–2 minutes can make a noticeable difference, especially in the morning or after long sitting.
تمرين القطة والبقرة هو حركة يوغا بسيطة، بتتنقّل فيها بين وضعيتين بشكل سلس. غالبًا بينعمل ببداية التمرين لتهيئة الجسم.
الفوائد الأساسية:
• بيحسّن مرونة العمود الفقري: الحركة بين التقوّس والتحدّب بتحافظ على مرونته
• بيخفّف توتر الظهر والرقبة: خصوصًا إذا بتقعد كتير أو عندك تشنّج
• بيربط النفس بالحركة: بيساعدك تتنفّس ببطء وبعمق
• بيخفّف التوتر: الحركة المنتظمة بتهدّي الجهاز العصبي
• بيحسّن الوضعية (posture): لأنك بتصير أوعى على وضعية ظهرك
• بينشّط عضلات البطن والظهر بلطف
نصيحة بسيطة:
خد نفس (شهيق) وإنت عم تنزّل بطنك وترفع صدرك (وضعية البقرة 🐄)
وطلّع النفس (زفير) وإنت عم تدوّر ظهرك وتضم دقنك (وضعية القطة 🐈)
حتى دقيقة أو دقيقتين ممكن يعملوا فرق، خصوصًا الصبح أو بعد قعدة طويلة.

Yoga is a simple practice that connects your body, breath and mind.

You do not have to be flexible to do yoga, however eventually, through regular practice, you will become more flexible.

Yoga helps you move better, breathe deeper, and feel calmer. Even a few minutes a day can reduce stress, improve flexibility and bring more balance into your life.

You do not experience to start, yoga meets you where you are.

Start small, breathe, move gently. But most importantly, stay consistent.

Your body will feel it! Your mind will thank you!

اليوغا هي ممارسة بسيطة بتربط بين الجسم، النَفَس، والعقل.

مش ضروري تكوني مرنة لتعملي يوغا، بس مع الوقت ومع الممارسة المنتظمة، رح تصيري أكتر مرونة.

اليوغا بتساعدك تتحرّكي أحسن، تتنفّسي بعمق، وتهدأي أكتر. حتى كم دقيقة بالنهار فيهم يخفّفوا التوتر، يحسّنوا المرونة، ويعطوك توازن أكتر بحياتك.

ما بدك خبرة لتبلّشي، اليوغا بتبلّش معك من وين ما إنت.
