It all started with wanting to understand more.

I wanted to deepen my knowledge of perimenopause not only as a dietitian, but as a woman approaching this phase myself.

The more I learned, the more I realized how many women were struggling without understanding what was happening to their bodies.

So I kept learning, studying, and building a different approach one that looks beyond the number on the scale and focuses on nutrition, inflammation, lifestyle, symptoms, and support.

And this is how the Rewriting Midlife Program was born.

Today, I’m here helping women navigate this phase with more knowledge, confidence, and the right tools.

What started with wanting to help my clients better became something I’m truly passionate about ❤️

If you’re in your 40s and feel like your body has changed but you don’t know where to start, comment “PROGRAM” and I’ll send you the details of the Rewriting Midlife Program.

Comment PROGRAM if you’d like to join the Rewriting Midlife Program.

Samia lost 7 kg during perimenopause but the number on the scale is only part of her story.

Before joining the program, she had tried restrictive diets, high-protein plans, keto… but nothing gave her the results she was looking for long term.

What she really needed wasn’t another restrictive diet.
She needed a lifestyle approach adapted to this stage of her life with an anti-inflammatory way of eating, sustainable habits, and the right support.

✔️ 7 kg lost
✔️Her perimenopause symptoms are gone
✔️ Her mood has improved
✔️ She feels better in her body

And most importantly, she had the support and guidance she needed throughout the journey ❤️

Perimenopause doesn’t mean you need to eat less and restrict more. Sometimes, you simply need a different strategy for a different stage of life.

Two generations. Two hormonal storms. One house. 🌪️😂

Some days, it’s less “mother & daughter” and more “estrogen vs. estrogen.”

Who else is living in this hormonal household? 🙋‍♀️

Comment MIDLIFE if you're ready to stop guessing.

If you've tried eating less… cutting carbs… following stricter diets… exercising harder… …and the weight still isn't moving, you're not failing.

Your body has changed.

You need a strategy that works with your hormones not against them.

That's exactly what I help women do through an anti-inflammatory lifestyle and sustainable habits that support both weight loss and symptom relief.

Before you hide from the beach, avoid wearing what you love, or criticize the woman in the mirror... remember what your body has done for you.

Take the family photos and make the memories.

And if you're working on becoming a healthier, stronger version of yourself, keep going.

Progress matters far more than perfection.

Summer + hot flashes? Not the easiest combination 🥵

This refreshing drink is packed with anti-inflammatory ingredients:

🫐 Blueberries
🌿 Fresh mint
🫚 Ginger
✨ Cinnamon stick
💙 Blueberry purée
💦 Sparkling water
🧊 Ice

While no drink can stop hot flashes on its own, staying hydrated and including antioxidant-rich, anti-inflammatory foods can support your overall health during perimenopause.

Comment MIDLIFE if you'd like my help creating an anti-inflammatory plan that fits your lifestyle.

One of the biggest myths is that eating anti-inflammatory means cooking a separate meal for yourself and another for your family.

Most of the time, we simply make small, practical twists to the meals and snacks you're already eating. These simple changes can help support your health while keeping your meals delicious, flexible, and family-friendly.

Because the best nutrition plan is one you can actually enjoy and stick to.
