التوعية حول فيروس هانتا
ما هو فيروس هانتا و كيف ينتقل؟
Hantaviruses هي مجموعة من الفيروسات التي تُصيب بشكل طبيعي بعض القوارض، ويمكن أن تُصيب البشر أحيانًا.
تختلف الأمراض الناتجة عنها حسب نوع الفيروس والمنطقة الجغرافية.
يُصاب الأشخاص عادةً من خلال ملامسة القوارض المصابة أو بولها أو فضلاتها أو لعابها.
الأعراض الشائعة
غالبًا ما تبدو الأعراض المبكرة مشابهة للعديد من الأمراض الشائعة الأخرى.
تبدأ الأعراض عادةً بعد فترة تتراوح بين أسبوع واحد وثمانية أسابيع من التعرض للعدوى.
قد تشمل الأعراض المبكرة:
الحمى
آلام العضلات
الغثيان
الصداع
ألم المعدة
التقيؤ
على الرغم من أن العدوى نادرة، إلا أن فيروس هانتا قد يسبب مرضًا شديدًا في بعض الحالات.
نصائح للوقاية
الحفاظ على نظافة أماكن السكن والعمل
سدّ الفتحات التي يمكن أن تدخل منها القوارض
تخزين الطعام بشكل آمن
استخدام طرق تنظيف آمنة في حال وجود فضلات القوارض
ملاحظة:

بلّل المناطق الملوّثة قبل التنظيف، وتجنّب الكنس الجاف أو استخدام المكنسة الكهربائية لإزالة فضلات القوارض.
الرسالة التوعوية
إنّ الرعاية المبكرة والمكثفة والداعمة المقدَّمة من قبل كوادر صحية مدرّبة تُحدث فرقاً حقيقياً في إنقاذ الأرواح.
