Marsupialization of an asymptomatic odontogenic cyst (12 year old child).
Cyst decompression was made using 2 devices:
1- Acrylic customized appliance with a long protuberance via dental alveoli (used immediately after primary teeth extraction lower right lateral incisor and canine)
2- Custom made plastic needle tip sutured in situ with a fine orthodontic wire and kept for 11 months. (Used starting 2nd month post extraction)
All adjacent permanent teeth are vital.
