للحصول على بشرة خالية من الرؤوس السوداء الاعتناء بالبشرة والعمل على تفادي ظهور تلك الرؤوس بشتى الطرق،فهناك بعض الأمور التي يجب الالتزام بها مثل استخدام مسكات تنظيف البشرة الخالية من الزيوت وإبعاد الشعر عن الوجه قدر المستطاع حتى لا تنتقل الزيوت والأتربة من الشعر للوجه خاصة عند ممارسة الرياضة، كما يجب عدم لمس البشرة باستمرار لأن ذلك يؤدي إلى انتشار البكتريا، بالإضافة إلى تجنب استخدام مقشرات البشرة بكثرة خاصة الأنواع القوية منها لأنها تعمل على تكسير خلايا الجلد.
