தன் குழந்தை முதல் முறை உணவை சாப்பிடும் போது,

How to prepare Red Rice Mixed and Cereal Rich nuts for your baby?

1.Add 15g (2 teaspoons) of cereal to 100ml of clean, normal water

2.Mix well until there are no lumps

3.Place the mixture on the stove and cook on low flame, stirring continuously

4.Cook until it reaches your preferred consistency

5.Once ready,remove from the stove, allow it to cool to a safe temperature and then feed the child
