Every summer feels the same.

Aim for 30 grams. Chicken, fish, eggs, Greek yoghurt, cottage cheese.
Walk every day.
8000 steps minimum.
Non negotiable.
Strength train minimum twice a week.
Short sessions.
30 minutes is enough.
That’s it.
Not a detox.
Not a diet.
Not a complete overhaul.
Just three foundations applied consistently.
Six weeks of that and you will feel different going into summer.
