🟢නිවිති වල අඩංගු යකඩ අපගේ දේහයට අවශෝෂණය කර ගත නොහැකි ද?

☑️ අප ගන්නා ආහාර වල යකඩ වර්ග දෙකක් අඩංගු වේ.
1.Heme iron: සත්ත්ව ආහාර(උදා:මස් වර්ග හා මාලු වර්ග)
