Galle Half Marathon..
Really happy with the result even though the struggle at the end also one month training can't do better than this 😃 and I really felt the tropical weather 🥵

Half මැරතන් training plan එකේ එක session එකක්..

කිලෝමීටර් 21ක රේස් එකක් දුවන්න ඔයා ඔයාගෙ body එක ready කරගන්නෙ කොහොමද?
Injuries නැතුව ඒකට ready වෙන එක ඉතාමත් වැදගත්. එක නිසා හරි training plan එකක් ඔයා follow කරන්න. ඒකට මගෙන් support එකක් ඕනෙනම් මාව follow කරන්න.

Fitness පැත්තෙන් target එකක් හදාගන්න. ළමයි දෙන්නෙක්ගෙ තාත්තා කෙනෙක් හැටියට මට දවසට 1පැයක් වෙන්කරන්න පුලුවන්නම් ඔයාටත් පුලුවන්. එක නිසා අදම පොඩියට පටන් ගන්න.
