Pre congress workshop on Paediatric POCUS 2026.

Paediatric POCUS was formally introduced in Sri Lanka at the 19th Asia Pacific Congress of Paediatrics (APCP 2026), held alongside the 28th Scientific Sessions of the Sri Lanka College of Paediatricians.
Marking a significant milestone in paediatric critical care.

The first-ever Paediatric POCUS training programme in Sri Lanka was organized by the Paediatric Intensive Care Chapter of the Sri Lanka College of Paediatricians.

This landmark initiative was made possible with the invaluable guidance of Dr. Greg Kelly, Consultant Paediatric Intensivist at Sydney Children's Hospital, Westmead, Australia.
