Our company was formed with a combination of a team of experts who have served in this field for well over 15 years. Although we are a new company we believe we possess the knowledge, expertise and customer base to introduce new products. Our main strength is the goodwill which we have built during our career whilst working for several multinational companies in the past. Furthermore, most members of our sales and technical staff have acquired overseas training in the respective product range. We are proud to be the only company to have installed the first capsule endoscopy system to a leading private hospital in Sri Lanka. We maintain an average monthly turnover of USD 50,000.00 excluding income from our tender business. We, at all times are on the lookout for innovative products in the market and are geared with a highly qualified technical team lead by our own biomedical engineer. We develop and supply our own software with our laparoscopy and endoscopy systems. Also our IT team undertakes and develops software for any other requirement of our customers. We frequently conduct workshops, provide training materials and organize clinical meetings in hospitals in order to demonstrate and market our products. We regularly participate in the annual scientific sessions of the college of surgeons in Sri Lanka, which is a gathering of all surgeons who serve in all parts of the country. As part of its 138th Anniversary celebrations, the Sri Lanka Medical Association (SLMA) successfully conducted a full-day workshop on Stoma, Incontinence, and Wound Care on 9th July 2025 at the SLMA Auditorium. The event, sponsored by Surgipharma (Pvt) Ltd, brought together doctors and nurses from across the country to enhance their clinical knowledge and practical skills in this important area of patient care.

Participants were awarded CPD points and certificates, and engaged in expert-led sessions covering topics such as intestinal and urinary stomas, post-operative care, wound dressing techniques, faecal incontinence, and nutrition in chronic ulcers. Esteemed speakers included Prof. Ishan De Zoysa, Prof. Neville D. Perera, Prof. Dhaksh*tha Wickramasinghe, and several other leading professionals in the field.

A key highlight was the hands-on training session, conducted with the support of multiple hospital-based experts, allowing attendees to apply techniques in stoma management and wound care in a practical setting.

The SLMA extends its thanks to all speakers, participants, and sponsors for making the workshop a resounding success
