Good morning - my 14 th day of continuous commitment before Ramadan as I’m on t bags 1 per day .
Started my workout routine today by 7.45 as I have so much to do. Didn’t have time for a coffee so jumped on to it for 45 mins. I have been working out with weights most the past few days desperately wanted to give a day off for muscle recovery after.
