Sharing what I had - been busy and not easy single handedly running my home front . My meals are very easy and very moderate in portion. I do have a little bit of rice for lunch . I mostly prefer to have an oat pancake for lunch rather than rice , but since Ramadan is around the corner and I have a hectic schedule going on a little rice along with my t bags is not bad . Plz note (I made my own Greek yourgurt at home . Dm me if you wanna make some for you .

Some of you are still confused on how to soak and have your t bags .
It’s simple I’m using one t bag today as I do t eat much and I’m on a calorie deficit with my workouts. Soak you t bag in a small bottle like this and drink . The resoaking and drinking process should be very consistent . Dm for information

Good morning - my 14 th day of continuous commitment before Ramadan as I’m on t bags 1 per day .
Started my workout routine today by 7.45 as I have so much to do. Didn’t have time for a coffee so jumped on to it for 45 mins. I have been working out with weights most the past few days desperately wanted to give a day off for muscle recovery after.
