Hey Fit Chaps!
One exercise that I absolutely love doing on a busy day is the Dumbbell Hang Sn**ch.
This is a powerful full- body movement that targets your lower- body(Glutes, hamstrings and quads), upper-body(Back, shoulders, forearms and triceps) and your core muscles.
Dumbbell hang sn**ch uses both fast twitch and slow twitch muscle fibers quite efficiently; So if you’re planning to increase athletic performance or get bulky, this is an excellent exercise.
Keep in mind that this is an advanced movement which guarantee results as well as injuries if performed with WRONG form and technique. So be mindful about the technique and give it a try. Stay focused, stay fit!
