ඩෙංගු රෝගයෙන් ඔබේ පවුල ආරක්ෂා කරගන්න.

මේ දවස්වල උණ හැදුනොත්, “සාමාන්‍ය උණක් වෙන්න ඇති” කියලා නොසලකා හරින්න එපා. ඩෙංගු විය හැකි නිසා ඉක්මනින් නිවැරදි පියවර ගන්න.

වෛද්‍ය උපදෙස් ලබාගත යුතු කාලය

* කලින් යහපත් සෞඛ්‍යයෙන් සිටි පුද්ගලයෙකුට උණ පැය 48කට වැඩි කාලයක් පවතිනවා නම්, වෛද්‍ය උපදෙස් ලබාගන්න.

* පොඩි බිළිඳුන්, වැඩිහිටියන්, ගැබිනි මව්වරුන් සහ වෙනත් රෝග ඇති පුද්ගලයින්ට උණ පැය 24කට වඩා පවතිනවා නම්, ප්‍රමාද නොවී වෛද්‍ය උපදෙස් ලබාගන්න.

වෛද්‍ය උපදෙස් අනුව FBC හෝ Dengue NS1 පරීක්ෂණ අවශ්‍ය විය හැක.

අවදානම් ලක්ෂණ

උණ තියෙන අතරතුර හෝ උණ අඩුවෙන කාලයේදී පහත ලක්ෂණවලින් එකක් හෝ තිබේ නම්, වහාම රෝහලකට යන්න.

නිවසේදී රැකබලා ගැනීම

* උණට Paracetamol පමණක් දෙන්න. නියමිත මාත්‍රාවට පමණක් දෙන්න.
* වතුර, කැඳ, පළතුරු යුෂ, ජීවනී වැනි දියර වර්ග ලබාදෙන්න.
* රතු, තැඹිලි හෝ තද පාට දියර වර්ග ලබාදීමෙන් වළකින්න.
* රෝගියාට පූර්ණ විවේකය ලබාදෙන්න. පාසල් හෝ රැකියා ස්ථානයට යවන්න එපා.

උණ අඩුවුණත් අවදානම ඉවරයි කියලා හිතන්න එපා. ඩෙංගු රෝගයේ අවදානම් ලක්ෂණ බොහෝ විට උණ අඩුවෙන කාලයේදී මතු විය හැක.

නිවැරදි දැනුවත්භාවය, ඉක්මන් වෛද්‍ය උපදෙස් සහ නිසි රැකබලා ගැනීම තුළින් ඩෙංගු අවදානම් තත්ත්ව වළක්වා ගනිමු.
