I’m delighted to be part of a meaningful community project organized through a collaboration between Avitha Foundation and the Biotechnology undergraduates of the Faculty of Science, Horizon Campus, Malabe, under the theme

𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗮𝗽𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 🧫🧪

It was a great privilege to participate as a Science Educator and Resource Person, sharing knowledge, experiences, and perspectives to inspire students and encourage a stronger connection with science and scientific learning.

This opportunity was especially meaningful to me as an alumna of Horizon Campus

I’m also proud to see Avitha Foundation taking initiatives to support students and create opportunities that contribute to their educational growth and future aspirations

Projects like these remind us that science education is not only about knowledge it is about creating curiosity, confidence, opportunities, and a pathway for students to discover their potential 🌍🔬

A heartfelt appreciation to Avitha Foundation, Horizon Campus, the Faculty of Science, and the Biotechnology undergraduates for bringing together education, community service, and student empowerment

කුඩා කාලයේ සිටම මගේම පදනමක් ආරම්භ කර, අවශ්‍යතා ඇති දරුවන් වෙනුවෙන් යමක් කිරීමට මට තිබුණේ පුංචි සිහිනයක්.

අද ඒ සිහිනය සැබෑවක් වී Avitha Foundation ලෙස පළමු පියවර තැබීමට හැකිවීම මට වචනවලින් විස්තර කළ නොහැකි තරම් හැඟීම්බර අවස්ථාවක් ❤️

අවශ්‍යතා ඇති දුෂ්කර ග්‍රාමීය ප්‍රදේශවල දරුවන්ගේ අධ්‍යාපන කටයුතු සඳහා අත්‍යවශ්‍ය ලිපි ද්‍රව්‍ය ලබාදෙමින්, ඔවුන්ගේ අධ්‍යාපනික ගමනට පුංචි හෝ ශක්තියක් වීමට ලැබීම මගේ හදවතට විශාල සතුටක්.

As a BIOLOGY EDUCATOR, nothing gives me greater satisfaction than witnessing the creativity and talent of my students.

After delivering their presentation, I was truly impressed by the quality of their output.

Their critical thinking, originality, and dedication remind me why I chose this profession.

Teaching is not just about delivering content, it is about inspiring minds to explore, question, and create.

Proud of my students and grateful to be part of their journey. 🌱
