සෞඛ්‍ය අමාත්‍යාංශය යටතේ පවතින හෙද විදුහල් වල අවසාන විභාගය සමත්ව පත්වීම් ලබා ගන්න සිටින සියලුම හෙද සිසු සිසුවියන් හට තාවකාලික හෙද සභා ලියාපදිංචිය ලබාදීමට හෙද සභාව තීරණය කර ඇත.

එම නිසා සියලුම හෙද විදුහල්වල හෙද සිසු සිසුවියන් පහත සඳහන් වෙබ් අඩවිය මගින් තාවකාලික ලියාපදිංචිය සදහා අයදුම්පත් බාගත කොට ගෙන එය සම්පූර්ණ කර ඔබගේ හෙද විදුහලේ විදුහල්පති තුමා හෝ තුමිය ට භාරදීමට කටයුතු කරන්න.
