On the morning of August 15, 2026, I was taking my daughter to sit an entrance examination for a different institution. We walked a very long distance with no sight of a motorbike, as soon as we got on a bike not too far was a vehicle still beating with a man unidentified, head stuck in the wheel, gasping for air. Bystanders were confused with some walking past their businesses, I stopped to ask and everyone was confused. We struggled to unlock the doors to afford him ventilation because all the windows were closed up, we had no choice but to break the glasses and with God's blessings the driver side opened. With the medical knowledge I had, we secure a comfortable space to lie in the back of the car with Emergency Aid being administered while we hurriedly drove to the health center.
Grateful to our men and women who give all the care and assurance for his health.
When he was conscious a bit, he opened his phone and we were able to communicate with his family πŸ™πŸ½.
I am grateful to all the people that showed concern to him πŸ™πŸ½
Ps: Our health is very important, let's pay keen attention to it πŸ™πŸ½
Sometimes we see signs and feel symptoms but we overlook it and head out 😭 it can be dangerous at the latter πŸ™πŸ½
Thank you God for today and always πŸ™πŸ½πŸ™πŸ½πŸ™πŸ½

Postpartum psychosis (PPP) is a severe mental health condition that can hit women after childbirth. It's like a perfect storm of hormonal chaos, sleep deprivation, and stress.

Think of it like this: estrogen and progesterone drop like a rock after delivery. That's a big shift that can affect brain chemistry.

Sleep deprivation's another major player. New moms aren't exactly getting a solid 8 hours of sleep, are they?

A history of mental health issues, like bipolar disorder, can also increase the risk of PPP. Knowing your mental health history helps docs support you better.

Symptoms can be wild and scary: extreme mood swings, hallucinations, or thoughts about harming yourself or others. Don't brush it off - it's a medical emergency.

If you're experiencing these symptoms, get help NOW. Don't wait or try to tough it out. Talk to a healthcare pro ASAP.

Jealousy itself isn't a direct cause of PPP, but intense emotions or stress can contribute to the risk. Think of it like adding fuel to a fire.

Stress during pregnancy's no bueno either. Worrying about the baby, body changes, fear of childbirth... it all adds up. Managing stress is key for you and baby.

You can handle pregnancy stress with some practical moves. Try deep breathing, meditation, or prenatal yoga. Gentle exercise like walking or swimming helps too.

The bottom line? If you're feeling overwhelmed, talk to someone. Whether it's your partner, fam, or a doc - get support. You don't have to do this alone .
