MAIN CAUSE:
Bacterial Vaginosis — too few good bacteria (Lactobacilli) and too many harmful ones.

KEY SIGNS: Fishy smell, thin gray discharge, mild itching.

QUICK FIX: See a doctor for proper treatment; avoid douching and use mild soap only.

CHRONIC CERVICAL CANCER

Chronic cervix cancer is a long-term condition where abnormal cells grow uncontrollably in the cervix — the lower part of the uterus connecting to the va**na.

- Main cause: Usually linked to persistent infection by the Human Papillomavirus (HPV).

-SYMPTOMS: Include pelvic pain, unusual va**nal bleeding, and discharge.

PROGRESSION: The cancer can spread to nearby organs like the bladder and re**um, causing severe complications.

PREVENTION: Regular screening (Pap test) and HPV vaccination help detect or prevent early changes.

PNEUMONIA - A Respiratory Disease

PNEUMONIA is an Infection that inflames lung air sacs (alveoli), filling them with fluid/pus and impairing oxygen exchange.

CAUSES:

1. Bacterial (most common in adults, e.g., Streptococcus)
2. Viral (flu, RSV, COVID-19)
3. Fungal (in immunocompromised)
Aspiration or chemical irritation

SYMPTOMS

1. Cough (often with phlegm)
2. Fever, chills
3. Shortness of breath / rapid breathing
4. Chest pain
5. Fatigue, confusion (especially in elderly)

TREATMENT

Bacterial: Antibiotics
Viral: Supportive care (rest, fluids);

Gallbladder Stones

Gallstones is a hardened deposits (usually cholesterol or bilirubin) that form in the gallbladder.
Common Causes: Obesity, female hormones, pregnancy, rapid weight loss, diabetes, family history.

MAIN EFFECTS:
Often no symptoms ("silent stones")
When symptomatic: Sudden severe pain in upper right abdomen (biliary colic), nausea, vomiting, shoulder/back pain
Complications: Gallbladder inflammation (cholecystitis), bile duct blockage, jaundice, pancreatitis

TREATMENT:
Many need no treatment. Severe cases usually require gallbladder removal surgery (cholecystectomy).
