Grief😰😰😰 is a strong emotional response that happens when you lose something or someone very important to you😪😪😪😪. Most often, you feel grief when someone you love dies😕😕😔. But people can also grieve after losing a job, a relationship, their health, or even a pet❤❤.Grief can bring a mix of emotions like sadness,😢 anger,😟 confusion😒, guilt, 🙃shock😟, fear, or even numbness,which is feeling nothing at all🙌🙌🙌. These feelings can be overwhelming and hard to control,and very disturbing day in and out😑😑😐🤨🤔. Some people cry a lot😭😭😭, while others may not cry at all,depending on the shock or denial rate and the person receiving it🤗. Everyone grieves differently,since people are unique 😶.Grief can cause mental distresses in many ways, such that many people feel deep sadness, which can sometimes turn into depression😱😱. People might blame themselves for what happened or regret things they did or didn’t say or do before the loss,bargaining 🤔🤔🤔.Some feel angry at themselves, others, or even at the person who died h**e they were betrayed 😯😯. Others feel angry at life or a higher power,and can even get detached from higher being,thereby experiencing spiritual depression 😎😕😕.
