Tried and failed? Good.
A business that didn't work out isn't a red flag for us. It's a qualification.
Someone who has tried has already put in their own time and money. They know which mistakes not to repeat. That's the kind of person we want building the next company.

This year, we planned to welcome 10 new co-founders by December. We got there by June.
Some came with their own idea. Some started with one we proposed. Each now leads a business on Kiloverse and owns the decisions and the results.
