Life right now is all about learning to lean back & receive✨🐛🦋🍊🌷🔆🍋🌸🌞🌀🍇💎🎁

As a big sister and someone who loves to give, it’s easy for me to slip into overgiving🤭🥴

What I’m learning is that the same energy, care, and love I so freely offer to others also deserve to come back to me 💞

I’ve been learning this lesson for years, but it’s showing up loudly right now: when I feel myself giving too much, it’s an invitation to redirect that love inward, to rest, recalibrate, and reconnect with myself.

The balance isn’t only in giving. It’s also in allowing myself to receive: the kindness of others, the doors that open (or close) unexpectedly, the people who show up at just the right time, and the little wink from the universe that whispers, “You don’t have to carry everything on your own.” 🎈

As a Capricorn (raised by a Capricorn dad 😅), I’m still learning that not everything has to be worked for. Sometimes the lesson is to chill, soften, and receive.

And maybe that’s the reminder life keeps bringing me right now: not every blessing needs to be chased. Some are simply waiting to be received✨✨✨

❤️‍🔥Today was one of those inspiring days that reminds me why I love what I do 🌷✨🧚🏼‍♀️ As I arrived to teach chair yoga this afternoon, these magnificent peonies greeted us at the door. We all stopped.

There was something about their beauty that invited us to pause. We gathered around, admired their petals, the tiny details, their crispness (!!!!) and their DIVINE fragrance.....and simply stood in awe for a moment🦚

And then it occurred to me: yoga had already begun🥲

Right there in front of the door, nature had offered us the perfect first gift of the practice. 🎁

These first days of June somehow feel like pure bliss✨🔋😍💖✨ filled with gratitude, wonder, and the reminder that sometimes the most meaningful moments happen when we pause long enough to notice them 🌸🌛✨
