We are passionate about creating uplifting, nourishing classes that bring together movement, breath, and deep relaxation. Whether it’s yoga or pilates, our sessions are designed for EVERYONE – no pressure, no competition, no ego. Just space to move, release, and connect. 🌊💚
No matter your level, age, or body shape – you are welcome. Our classes always include options and variations so you can flow in a way that feels good for you. If you can breathe, you can join in and enjoy. 🌸
My InSpiral Flow classes are for everyone who would like to find more freedom, strength, confidence, fluidity, and flow — in both body and mind. 🌿
In today’s fast and busy life, it’s easy to feel disconnected. My approach is to guide you back home to yourself through somatic awareness, poetic language, and movement that feels natural and alive. You may hear cues like “I invite you to…” or “Feel the ocean waves moving you with each inhalation and exhalation” — always encouraging you to embody the practice from within.
