Job Title: Mid-Level Product Owner ( Onsite )

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Mid-Level Product Owner to join our dynamic team. As a Mid-Level Product Owner, you will support the Product Owner in defining and executing the product vision and strategy. You will play a crucial role in understanding user needs, translating them into actionable requirements, and ensuring the development team builds valuable and user-friendly products. Job Responsibilities:
• Support the Product Owner: Assist the Product Owner in all aspects of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Backlog Management: Assist in maintaining and grooming the product backlogs, ensuring it is transparent and reflects the latest priorities.
• Collaboration with Development Team: Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements, answer questions, and ensure a shared understanding of the product goals.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in UAT and quality assurance efforts to ensure the delivered product meets the defined requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide consistent updates on progress, key decisions, and any changes or challenges.
• Learning and Growth: Continuously learn about product management best practices, agile methodologies, and health tech industry.
Qualifications:
• Proven experiences as a Junior or Mid level product owner role in tech industry.
• Strong interest in technology and product development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Days Off: Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
Note: Employees may be required to work on Saturdays in the event of urgent business needs or as dictated by operational requirements.
