Zar & Zar Company Limited was founded in 1995 as Sole Proprietorship by founder
and owner Dr. Myo Thant with an intention to import, market and distribute medical products in Myanmar market. The company initially started with less than five employees with turnover volume of not more than USD 10,000. Over twenty years, it has grown to become one of the leading distributors in Myanmar
Pharmaceutical market with annual turnover of USD 5 millions and number of employees has increased tenfold. Our Product Categories
We have four main product categories:
1. Over-the-counter medicine (OTC)
o cold tablets, multivitamins, pain relievers, iodine solution, balm, etc.
2. Prescription-only-medicine (POM)
o Anti-biotics, cough syrups, hormone capsules, blood pressure control pills,
sildenafil citrate, etc.
3. Medical Equipments
o Oxygenators, blood filters, Synthetic Heart valve substitutes.
4. Consumer Goods/Personal Care
o Sanitizing hand gel, mouth wash, quick color shampoo, etc.
