We are a premier Bird’s Nest beverage manufacturer in Yangon. As we professionalize our operations and expand our market reach, we are looking for a trustworthy and experienced Finance & Accounts Manager (or Assistant Manager) to ensure our financial systems are accurate, compliant, and strategic.

🔹 The Role:
You will report directly to the Managing Director and CFO, taking full ownership of the company's accounts. This is not just data entry; we need someone who can analyze the numbers, ensure tax compliance, and provide financial clarity to help us make better business decisions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
Compliance: Manage all Myanmar tax filings, government audits, and ensure adherence to SME accounting standards.
Operations: Oversee payroll, petty cash, bank reconciliations, and supplier payments.
Control: Implement strict internal controls for expenses and inventory purchasing.
🔹 What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years in SME accounting or finance roles in Myanmar.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of Myanmar Tax Law, Commercial Tax, and payroll regulations.
Skills: Proficiency in Excel and accounting software is a must.
Attributes: High integrity, strong organization, and the ability to train junior staff.
