တိကျမှန်ကန်တဲ့ Result ရဖို့ဆိုရင်
ပထမဆုံးအရေးကြီးတာက 👉 Weighing (အလေးချိန်ချိန်တွယ်ခြင်း) ပါပဲ။ မှန်ကန်တဲ့ weight တွေရဖို့ Balance တွေကို calibration ပုံမှန်လုပ်ပေးဖို့လိုအပ်တယ်ဆိုတာတော့ သိကြပါတယ်။ နောက်တချက်အရေးကြီးတာကတော့ Balance တွေကို ဘယ်လို/ ဘယ်နေရာမှာထားရမလဲဆိုတာပါပဲ။

အစားအသောက်၊ဆေးဝါးထုတ်လုပ်မှု စက်ရုံတွေရဲ့ QA/QC လုပ်ငန်းပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာတွေမှာ Data integrity ရှိမှုက အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။ ကိုယ် စမ်းသပ်စစ်ဆေးထားတဲ့ စမ်းသပ်ချက်ရလဒ်တွေ၊ data record တွေ မှန်ကန်တိကျစေဖို့ လိုက်နာရမယ့် ALCOA+ Principles အကြောင်းကို အတူတူ လေ့လာကြည့်ရအောင်နော်။

A – Attributable
Data ကို ဘယ်သူရေးသားထားတာလဲ၊ ဘယ်အချိန်မှာရေးသားထားတာလဲ ဆိုတာ သိနိုင်ရမယ်။
📍 ဥပမာ – Analyst name, Signature, Date, Time ပါရှိရမယ်။
L – Legible: အလွယ်တကူဖတ်ရှူ့နားလည်နိုင်ရမယ်။
📍 ဥပမာ – မရှင်းတဲ့ handwriting, ဖတ်မရတဲ့ record မဖြစ်ရပါဘူး။
C – Contemporaneous: အလုပ်လုပ်နေတဲ့ အချိန်နဲ့ ဒေတာမှတ်တမ်းတင်တဲ့ အချိန်ဟာ ထပ်တူကျရမယ်။
📍 ဥပမာ – Test ပြီးမှ နောက်မှ ပြန်ရေးတာမျိုးမဖြစ်ရ။
O – Original: မူရင်း data ဖြစ်ရမယ် ။
မူရင်း Record ဖြစ်ရမယ်။

A – Accurate: အမှားအယွင်းမရှိ တိကျမှန်ကန်ရမယ်။

🫡🫡 QC Laboratory တစ်ခုတည်ထောင်တော့မယ်ဆိုရင် ဘာတွေလိုအပ်မလဲ ဘာတွေသိထားသင့်ပါသလဲ？

🔬 1️⃣ Scope and Objective ကို အရင်သတ်မှတ်ပါ။ QC Lab ကို ဘာအတွက် တည်ထောင်မလဲဆိုတာကို ရှင်းလင်းရပါမယ်။ ဥပမာ - ဆေးဝါးအတွက်လား အစားအသောက်အတွက်လား ရေလား စသဖြင့်ပေါ့နော် ၊ နောက်တခုက ကျတော့ အစားအသောက် ဆေးဝါး အပြင်ကို ပိုပီး detail ဖြစ်တဲ့
✔ Raw material testing
✔ In-process control
✔ Finished product testing
✔ Stability testing
✔ Microbiology testing စတာတွေကို သတ်မှတ်ရပါမယ်။
Scope ကို မသတ်မှတ်ထားဘူးဆိုရင် Budget, Equipment နဲ့ Manpower planning မမှန်နိုင်ပါဘူး။

🏢 2️⃣ Laboratory Layout & Design
Lab design က Quality နှင့် Safety ကို တိုက်ရိုက် သက်ရောက်ပါတယ်။ Space ကလည်းလိုအပ်တဲ့ အကျယ်အဝန်းရှိရပါမယ်။ Design ချတဲ့အခါ
✅ Sample flow (Mix-up မဖြစ်အောင်)
✅ Separate area (Chemical / Instrument / Microbiology)
✅ Proper ventilation
✅ Environmental control
✅ Safety consideration စတာတွေကို ထည့်သွင့်စဉ်းစားရပါမယ်။

⚙️ 3️⃣ Equipment Selection
QC Lab ရဲ့ အဓိက backbone က Instrument တွေ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Instrument တွေရွေးချယ်ဝယ်ယူရာမှာ Testing requirement နှင့် ကိုက်ညီမှု ရှိရပါမယ်။ နောက်တခါ Instrument တွေရဲ့ Calibration & Maintenance plan ကလည်း မရှိမဖြစ် လုပ်ကိုလုပ်ရမယ့် အပ်ုင်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ စက်တွေကို ဝယ်ယူရာမှာ Spare parts အလွယ်တကူ ဝယ်ယူရရှိနိုင်မှု ရယ် Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) အပိုင်းတွေရယ် ထည့်သွင့်စဉ်းစားဖို့လည်းလိုအပ်ပါတယ်

📚 4️⃣ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
QC Lab တွေမှာ SOP မရှိရင် System မတည်နိုင်ပါဘူး။ ဥပမာ-
✅ Sampling procedure ဆိုတဲ့ ကိုယ့် lab က sample ကောက်တာပါလုပ်မယ်ဆိုရင် လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။
✅ Instrument operation ဒါကတော့ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ instrument ကို ဘယ်လို operate လုပ်ရမယ်ဆိုတာ ရေးထားရတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
✅ Data handling and reporting ကိုယ့် lab ရဲ့ data reporting style က ဘယ်လို သွားမယ်ဆိုတာ ရေးထားရတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
✅ OOS / Deviation handling ဒါတွေကတော့ မဖြစ်မနေရှိရပါမယ်။

👩‍🔬 5️⃣ Competent Personnel
QC Lab အောင်မြင်ဖို့ Skilled analyst မရှိလို့ မရပါဘူး။ ဒါကြောင့်မို့ -
✔ Technical competency ရှိအောင် စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် Training program တွေ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ရပါမယ်။ ထွက်ရှိလာတဲ့ data တွေမှန်ကန်တိကျမှုရှိဖို့ Data integrity awareness ရှိဖို့လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။
နောက်တခုအရေးကြီးဆုံးကတော့ ကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ ဓါတ်ခွဲခန်းကျင့်စဉ် (GLP knowledge) ကိုတော့ ဓါတ်ခွဲခန်းမှာလုပ်နေတဲ့ analysts တိုင်း သိရှိလိုက်နာဖို့ပါပဲ။

📑 6️⃣ Documentation System
Documentation က QC Lab ရဲ့ Heart ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ကိုစမ်းသပ်စစ်ဆေးထားတဲ့ sample တွေရဲ့ testing steps တွေရယ် ဘာ instrument တွေသုံးထားတယ် ဘယ် chemical တွေသုံးထားတယ် result ကတော့ ဘယ်လိုထွက်တယ် စတာတွေကို နောက်ကြောင်းလိုက်ဖို့ဆိုတာ အောက်ပါ documents တွေပြည့်ပြည့်စုံစုံရှိရပါမယ်။
✔ Raw data recording ( lab book)
✔ Logbooks
✔ Test reports
✔ Record retention
👉Documentation ကိုမှန်မှန်ကန်ကန်မလုပ်ထားရင် ကိုရတဲ့ Test result ကို ယုံကြည်မှုရှိမှာမဟုတ်ပါဘူး။

# Micro balanace: highly sensitive balances& capable of measuring mass to within micrograms. Used in nanotechnology research and pharmaceutical analysis.
