𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 :
• To plan and execute daily, weekly and monthly calls to targeted doctors and customers
• To detail and promote our innovative products to the doctors through scientific communication
• Utilize and detail all promotional materials (samples, brand reminders, scientific articles etc.) effectively as per the direction from marketing / product management team to increase brand awareness and confidence for the concerned products and company
• To develop and establish strong KOL and KBL relationship through effective customer relationship management to maximize customer satisfaction and increase prescription of targeted products
• To prepare monthly sales plan to achieve assigned sales target for month, quarter and year
• To meet and excel in all effort’s parameters set by the company
• To practice sales closing and sales order taking from existing and new customers
• To find out and recruit new customers to get more business in assigned areas
• To identify the prescribers and potential of prescribers by conducting detailed survey for assigned products and their competitors at listed pharmacies
• To update current market information and competitor’s information, such as pricing, current products, new products etc.
• To identify and update the customer list (doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, polyclinics)
Qualification𝐬 ;
• Should have pleasing personality, impressive interpersonal relationship and selling skills
• Should be a Graduate (Preferably Science Graduate/ B. Pharm/ B.N. Sc Holder)
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in handling Cardiac and Diabetic products and overall, at least 3 + years of experience
• Knowledge of scientific terms used in pharmaceutical marketing is expected
• Improved proficiency in English language will be preferred but not a limitation for right candidate
• Should be willing to travel if the job requires
