• Any Graduate
• Should have minimum 3 years experience as Marketing Manager in Pharmaceutical company.
• Responsible for implementing marketing strategies to drive brand growth, increase customer engagement, and achieve key performance goals.
• Participate in the development of operating goals and objectives to enhance all the operation performances.
• Coordinating and organizing the product evaluations.
• Internal and external communication, cross functional management, territory management, team member development.
• Initiative, Leadership skill and proper follow up skill

• Able to build strong relation with KOLs, Purchasers & Customers.
• Able to create new ideas for branding of both OTC & Ethical Products.
• Able to perform to achieve the sale target.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Interpersonal and influencing skills.

Job Descriptions
• Product Awareness ကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ဖော်ဆောင်နိုင်ပြီး ဆရာဝန်များ၊ Purchaser များနှင့်လည်း ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ပြောဆိုညှိနှိုင်းနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• ထိရောက်သော Strategy ဖြင့် လစဉ် အရောင်း Target ပြည့်မီစေရန်နှင့် အရောင်းတက်လာစေရန် ကြိုးစားလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly Report များ တင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။
• သက်ဆိုင်ရာ မြို့နယ်အလိုက် ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ သွားလာနိုင်ပြီး ဆေးရုံ၊ ဆေးခန်းများသို့ ဝင်/ထွက် သွားလာနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
