------------------------------------------
Official Statement on the Structural Integrity Assessment Following the Earthquake on March 28, 2025
Following the earthquake that occurred on March 28, 2025, the company prioritizes the safety and well-being of all personnel. Before resuming operations within the premises, a comprehensive structural assessment was conducted by a designated inspection team. This team was led by the Maintenance Manager, the Head of Building and Environmental Management, Safety Officers, and authorized construction contractors. Their objective was to evaluate the structural integrity and overall safety of all company buildings and surrounding areas.
The inspection covered all floors and buildings through a systematic survey. The findings confirmed that the structures remain stable and secure, with no damage detected in critical structural elements, including columns, beams, floors, staircases, connecting pathways, and roofing systems. Based on these results, the company affirms that the buildings are structurally sound and safe for occupancy.
The company’s facilities, constructed since 2010, were designed in accordance with rigorous safety standards to withstand natural disasters such as floods, fires, and earthquakes. The buildings feature a broad foundation and a maximum height of 22 meters. Additionally, the stem cell storage facility is strategically located on the ground floor within a reinforced safety chamber, featuring 20-centimeter-thick walls on all sides.
The assessment further confirmed that all stem cell storage tanks remain in optimal condition, with no damage detected to any stored cells. The liquid nitrogen distribution system was found to be intact, with no evidence of leakage. Moreover, no structural cracks or anomalies were identified within the stem cell storage facility.
Based on the results of this assessment, the company assures all stakeholders that the premises are structurally sound and safe for continued operations.
Therefore, this notice is provided for the information of all shareholders and customers.
