โข Developing product strategies and brand plans and realize brand objectives.
โข Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
โข Defining and communicating product requirements, including features, functionality and user experience.
โข Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, design, sales and marketing to ensure successful product development, launch and ongoing improvement.
โข Creating and managing product budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
โข Analyzing market data, user feedback, and other metrics to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
โข Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
โข Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform product strategy and innovation.
โข Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
โข Leading product launch activities, including messaging, positioning, and go-to-market planning.
โข Providing product training and support to sales, customer support, and other internal teams.

โข Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBBS/ B. Pharm)
โข Proven experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry
โข Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics and regulations
โข Excellent communication and project management skills
