• Plan, train and motivate promoter team to deliver results
• Implement marketing activities, such as merchandising, road show, events etc
• Manages sensitive situations and helps the team to solve problems
• Set sales target for promoter team, monitor performance.
• Work closely with sales team. Ensure effective communication and operation.

• Any degree holders with a Marketing Diploma (or) Certificate.
• Minimum 2years of relevant working experience.
• Strong negotiation skills also required.
