TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Winners will be selected entirely at random from all valid entries received before each draw date. No judging, voting, or popularity will be used.
• Three (3) winners will each receive up to two (2) Macro Meals per day, based on Fuel Macro Meals' standard 5-day meal plan, for a period of 12 months.
• Collection only. Delivery is not included.
• The prize covers Monday to Friday only. Weekends and Maltese Public Holidays are excluded.
• Scheduled production shutdowns, seasonal closures, maintenance periods, force majeure events or any temporary interruption to production are excluded and do not extend the prize period or create any entitlement to replacement meals.
• Meals must be collected during the designated collection times. Uncollected meals are forfeited and cannot be carried forward.
• Meals are provided from the current Fuel Macro Meals menu and may change throughout the prize period.
• The prize is personal to the winner, non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any alternative.
• Winners will be contacted using the social media account used to enter. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 3 days, fails to claim the prize or is found to be ineligible, another winner will be selected by a further random draw.
• Fuel Macro Meals reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and the eligibility of all participants and may disqualify any fraudulent, automated, duplicate, misleading or otherwise invalid entries.
• Fuel Macro Meals reserves the right to amend, postpone, suspend or cancel this promotion where reasonably necessary due to fraud, technical issues, legal or regulatory requirements, operational necessity or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Fuel Macro Meals reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate a winner's prize entitlement, without compensation, if the winner engages in fraudulent, abusive, threatening, harassing or unlawful conduct, repeatedly makes unreasonable or excessive demands outside the scope of the prize, deliberately disrupts the administration of the prize, or otherwise behaves in a manner that materially interferes with Fuel Macro Meals' ability to provide the prize fairly, safely and efficiently. This does not affect a winner's right to raise genuine concerns or complaints in good faith.
• By entering this giveaway, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and accept that Fuel Macro Meals' decisions regarding the administration of the promotion, verification of entries and application of these Terms & Conditions shall be final.
