On the occasion of the International Day for Older Persons, CareMalta Group organised a special event at St. John’s Co-Cathedral in Valletta, celebrating the invaluable contribution, experience of older persons in our society.
The event began with Holy Mass, celebrated by Auxiliary Bishop Joseph Galea-Curmi, followed by a ceremony at the Oratory of St. John.
During the ceremony, a number of special tokens of appreciation were presented to the shareholders of Vassallo Group, and CEO of CareMalta Group, in recognition of their contribution and continued commitment.
Parliamentary Secretary for Active Ageing, Deo Debattista, was also presented with a commemorative token as a gesture of appreciation.
The event provided an opportunity to come together in a spirit of gratitude, respect and celebration, honouring older persons and recognising the important role they continue to play in our communities.
