There will come a time in our life where we are in between identities, paths or moments... where our life is changing...

This moment can feel empty, void or useless, it can feel like one doesn't have a clear path or direction of where to go next....and can leave someone feeling confused , lonely or anxious...

However it is a time to honour one's faith and sit in patience as it is usually a sign that something significant is about to happen in our life... If one is not in a place where sitting and waiting is most comfortable, it could mean that there are things that still need to be seen and worked upon, inside of one self or the world around us.

Once one is at peace with oneself the waiting period becomes a resting period like a caterpillar in a cocoon waiting for its time to blossom into a beautiful flying butterfly... 😍🦋

There is beauty in waiting and stillness.... It doesn't mean we always have to do something about it.... Just being.

After being deeply immersed in healing, spirituality, self-analysis, emotional processing, or constantly trying to “understand” everything, I finally hit a point where I just want to feel simple, grounded, and human again.

Not every feeling needs a cosmic meaning.
Not every pain is a sign.
Not every phase is a spiritual lesson.

I realised that sometimes I just want:
normal routines,
real conversations,
laughter & fun,
music,
movement,
nature,
affection,
rest,
structure,
everyday life.

And honestly, I feel like I made a very healthy correction for myself. I’ve been living too much in my head, emotions, and symbolic thinking for the past 7 years. But I also recognise that life became that way because I had to go through certain things, so I could arrive to THIS point here, right now, and realise that I am living here on Earth… not in my head 🤣

Not everything has to make sense, and that’s okay 🥰

Until I decided to let go…Let go of my fears of being moulded into someone I’m not, or don’t want to become.

"The healer"."The wisdom keeper"."The helper"."The one who is always there… always of service".

But most of all… having that identity.

At some point, it started to feel like a role I had to live up to, rather than something I was choosing.

So I stepped away. Not from who I am… but from who I thought I had to be.

I wanted to feel like a normal human being again.To live… simply because I want to. Not because it fits an identity.

Freedom is underrated.

Because no matter where we go or what we do…we are never completely free.

You leave a 9–5, you gain time… but you’re still tied to responsibility.You work for yourself, you gain flexibility… but you’re still tied to showing up.

There’s always something.

And as hard as it is for me to accept…I’m learning that freedom isn’t about having no limits.

It’s about choosing within them.

Being human, though…and being treated as such… that’s a birthright.

Free will.Choice.Direction.

But here’s the thing I’ve been sitting with…

If we truly have free will,does that mean we’re free to be whoever we want, wherever we want, whenever?

I don’t think it’s that simple.

Maybe we’re not completely free…but we are free to choose who we become within the reality we’re in.

And maybe… that’s enough.

Right now, I’m just allowing myself to explore that.Without pressure.Without labels.

Just being… and seeing where that takes me.

Freaking right! A few weeks ago I posted a video explaining how much our bodies hold...

After a few days I realised I was going through the exact same thing, without even realising it myself 😅

I felt something was off, something inside of me wanted to explode but I didn't know why or what happened as I am so much grateful for the life I am living! Anxiety took over and an overwhelming feeling took over me, keeping me under a foggy state around my heart....

I tried a lot of things I usually do to feel better such as sports, kayaking, hiking, a day off, the sea, breathing fresh air, singing, which all helped for a while, but my state went back to where it was. All I wanted was to run away and escape from everyone....

My investigative and observative side 😅 always kicks in, but this time I let things be, and I wanted to see what the body wants to say and where this was gonna lead me..

So i said to myself, if grounding didn't work what would? What do I need right now? If I want to run away, maybe that's exactly what I should do... I need a break. So I purchased the next possible ticket to a flight ✈️ and so I went off for a two day spontaneous trip to Italy 🇮🇹🍝 (I shared some pics, vids couldn't here)

Did this help? Of course it did!
That's why I always listen to my intuition. 🥰

Even though, I came back and the feeling (like that knot in my throat) came back with me.... So I stood there observing again, until days passed and I knew there was something I'm not listening to or hearing well....

It took me days to realise what it was... And when I did I started to feel much much better.... I listened to myself. My inner guidance. This feeling had been kept inside of me way way back and now that I listened to it and did something about it... I feel more free and less tense mentally, emotionally but mostly physically.

I didn't realise I was in a constant state of tension until I decided I could let go...
