Two days dedicated to health and Well-being are being held at the Malta Wellness Village at Fort St Elmo, Valletta on the 9th and 10th June. WELLNESS VILLAGE SATURDAY the 9th AND SUNDAY the 10th JUNE 2018 from 5pm onward at Fort St Elmo VALLETTA
The first Wellness Village in one of the best venue in Malta with free fitness classes, holistic treatments, healthy food, educational talks and much more!
Therapists from different disciplines will contribute to realise the event in providing Ayurveda, reiki, Indian foot massage, yoga sessions, Mud therapy, PDX Biotherapeut treatments ( that helps body achieve energy system balance, important for maintaining great health condition).
At piazza D’Armi, inside the fort you can discover local healthy food and Maltese artisans for your healthy living in Malta.
Body hydration and metabolism tests will be offered by Boody- the new health system available for free during the event.
A full programme of fitness classes will be held by 25/7 Fitness Club in both days from 5pm onwards.

Chocolate really does have the feel-good factor. Good-quaity dark chocolate, with 70 per cent cocoa solid or higher, increases serotonin levels un the brain, wich releases endorphins, the chemicals that genuinely do lift your mood. That doesn't mean that you need to gorge on the stuff, though a few squares nibbled with a caffeine-free tea or decaffeinated coffe can do wonders. Eat too much and high sugar and fat levels will delay you getting back your pre-birth figure. Chocolate is high in caffeine, so it's probably best not to eat it just before bed or if you are about to sn**ch a rest while your baby sleeps.
