Thursday thoughts 💭 ✍️

I’ve been thinking a lot about paths lately.
Not the ones we rush to define….

but the ones that reveal themselves as we walk.

There’s something grounding about being surrounded by nature,

feeling the body move forward without needing to know every step ahead.

I’ve learned that clarity doesn’t always arrive when we sit and think harder.

Sometimes it comes when we allow ourselves to move gently, with intention, and trust that the path will meet us where we are.

Each step carries its own wisdom.
And often, it’s only by walking
that the next direction becomes clear.

Today felt like one of those reminders. 💗

I’ve been recording my new online courses at Podcast Hub Dubai, and I’m so grateful for the truly professional, supportive, and heart-centred team there. The space feels calm, focused, and perfect for bringing meaningful work into the world.

These courses are created for seekers who feel called to remember why they came here and to live their purpose with greater clarity, alignment, and trust.

Tea, sunshine, and this view… ☕✨

Sitting here at The Address Beach Resort in Dubai, my heart feels full. This is where Aligned Academy will be bringing in-person trainings starting in January 2026 and being here makes it all feel very real.

Dubai has such a unique energy... expansive, forward-moving, and full of possibility and I feel deeply guided to bring my work here.

Over the coming days, I’ll be sharing more about the trainings, the vision, and what’s unfolding behind the scenes.

For now, I’m simply enjoying this moment and letting it land.
