Invitation to Your Meadow 🌿

An invitation to slow down, breathe, and journey within. ✨

Come and join me for a gentle meditation session, beginning with guided breathwork to calm the mind, soften the body, and ease you into a peaceful meditative state.

From there, I’ll guide you on a beautiful inner journey to your own meadow, a sacred space of stillness, connection and self-discovery. 🌸🌿

We’ll end our journey with a moment of sharing and reflection, allowing each of us to express what we experienced, felt or discovered.

Breathe. Journey. Connect. Share.
🌿 Come, your meadow is waiting for you..🧘‍♀️✨

Pause to find some stillness, to relax, not feeling you’re constantly needing to scroll but instead to come home to yourself because the world has been conditioning all of us to no longer listen to our own truth instead to be concerned with the opinions of a million other people..there’s only one person who knows what’s right for you..who knows what’s truly meant for you..and that’s you..and the only way you get to hear that person is if you pause..if you slow down..and you listen..✨🧘‍♀️

Breathing is something we do automatically, yet it is one of the most powerful tools we have to influence our physical, mental, and emotional well-being..💨🌬️✨

The 4-7-8 breathing technique is a simple relaxation exercise often called a “natural tranquilizer for the nervous system” because it encourages deep relaxation and helps quiet racing thoughts.

1. Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds.
2. Hold your breath for 7 seconds.
3. Exhale slowly through your mouth for 8 seconds.
4. Repeat 4–8 times.

As you inhale:

“I receive peace.”

As you hold:

“I trust.”

As you exhale:

“I release.”

This combines the calming effects of the breath with a gentle meditative focus. 🙏🏻🧘‍♀️

Start your morning peacefully 🧘‍♀️✨

Cutting energetic cords through meditation is about releasing emotional attachments that drain your peace, not erasing memories or denying feelings. It’s especially helpful when you feel tied to someone in a way that brings confusion, pain, or imbalance.

Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take slow deep breaths.
Inhale… hold… exhale gently.
Let your body relax.

Bring the person to your mind.
Notice where you feel the connection in your body (heart, stomach, throat…).

Now imagine a cord or string connecting you and that person.
It may look like light, rope, or energy..just observe it.

Acknowledge the bond.

Now imagine holding a tool of light (scissors, sword, or flame).
Gently cut the cord.

See it dissolve, fade, or turn into light.
Feel the energy returning back to you.

Visualise a warm golden light filling the space where the cord was.
Let it heal you.

Let the person slowly fade away from your mind.
Take a few deep breaths and come back.

Cord-cutting meditation is important because it helps you regain control of your energy, emotions, and peace..especially when a connection feels overwhelming, confusing, or draining.

It’s not about “cutting the person out”…
It’s about cutting the emotional hold they have over you.

You’re choosing peace over attachment.✨🌻
Have a peaceful weekend..much love and light to u all ❤️✨

“Watering a plant is not just giving it life, it is reminding your soul how to slow down and grow in silence.” 🌿

Watering plants can be a quiet form of meditation when done with full awareness and intention. As you gently pour water onto the soil, your mind naturally slows down and becomes present in the moment. The simple, repetitive action helps release stress, while observing the leaves, the earth, and the flow of water creates a deep sense of calm. In that peaceful state, you are not just caring for the plant, but also nurturing your own inner stillness. Each drop of water becomes an act of mindfulness, reminding you to pause, breathe, and connect with the quiet rhythm of life. ✨🌱

Fishing can indeed be a powerful form of meditation, as it naturally brings together stillness, patience, and a deep connection with nature. While sitting quietly by the water, watching the gentle movement of the line or float, the mind gradually becomes calm without any force, similar to traditional meditation practices. ✨🌻

The act of waiting teaches patience and acceptance, reminding us to let go of control and simply be present in the moment. Surrounded by the soothing sounds of water, the breeze, and natural light, one becomes more aware of the present, creating a sense of inner peace and grounding.🧘‍♀️🥰

The gentle focus required while fishing helps quiet mental noise, allowing thoughts to settle like ripples in still water. By adding mindful breathing, a simple intention, or even silently repeating a mantra, fishing can become a deeply spiritual experience, where the water reflects the state of the mind; calm, clear, and at peace. 😇💨🦋

“In the presence of another who truly listens, the soul begins to remember it’s worth.” ~ 🦋🌱
When we listen to someone, we make them feel seen, and make them feel like they matter..And truly that all any of us ever want..and so we have that power just by asking questions and really hearing what they are saying..💖✨
Let’s listen and make people feel seen 🧘‍♀️🌻

Can you please think of a colour that feels peaceful to u..🥰😇 A colour that feels calm, that reminds you of home, something like that✨🌱
Now take a gentle breathe in through ur nose as u picture that colour spreading through ur entire body 🦋🌸
Now open ur eyes, look around ur room and see if u can find that colour..even if it’s just close or similar that still counts..can u notice what happens in ur body when u see that colour..Maybe ur breath slows..Maybe ur face softens..maybe u just feel a tiny bit safer..
Every time u see that colour from now on, I want u to remember this moment, this moment of peace, of calm, of love..🧘‍♀️✨🌻
Who is ready for another spiritual journey with me 🌸🌻
