3 ways to start your day with mindfulness:
1. Start the day with an intention - What do you want to accomplish? How do you want to feel during the day?
2. Use your senses - Look around, what do you see? Look at the colours, patterns, shapes. Listen to sounds. Notice what things feel like? What do you smell?
3. Be curious: Approach each moment with a sense of curiosity and wonder. What can you learn from this moment? What can you appreciate about it.
