WHEN YOU DIE, don't worry about your body... your relatives will do whatever is necessary according to their possibilities.
They will take your clothes off, wash you, dress you, take you out of your house and take you to your new address.
Many will come to your funeral to "say goodbye." Some will cancel commitments and even miss work to go to your funeral.
Your belongings, even what you didn't like to lend, will be sold, given away or burned.
Your keys, your tools, your books, your shoes, your clothes... And rest assured that the world will not stop to cry for you. The economy will continue.
In your job, you will be replaced. Someone with the same or better capabilities will take your place.

Your assets will go to your heirs.... And do not doubt that you will continue to be cited, judged, questioned and criticized for the small and great things you did in life.

People who knew you only by your appearance will say; Poor man or woman! o He or she had a great time!

Your sincere friends will cry for a few hours or a few days, but then they will return to laughter.

The "friends" who pulled you to partying will forget about you faster.

Your animals will get used to the new owner.

Your photos will hang on the wall or remain on a piece of furniture for a while, but then perhaps they will be stored at the bottom of a drawer. And we will only live in the memory of those who loved us.

Someone else will sit on your couch and eat at your table.

The deep pain in your house will last a week, two, a month, two, a year, two... Then you will be added to the memories and then, your story is over.

It ended up among people, it ended up here, it ended up in this world.

But begin your story in your new reality... in your life after death.
Your life where you couldn't move with the things from here because, when you left, they lost the value they had.

In your new life you will only need your spirit. And the value you have accumulated here will be the only fortune you will have there.

That's why try to live fully and be happy while you're here because, "From here you won't take what you have. You'll only take what you gave."

La mer comme guérisseuse énergétique

Propriétés vibratoires de la mer

Élément Eau : Associé aux émotions, à la mémoire cellulaire, à la fluidité intérieure.

Nettoyage énergétique par la mer

Baignade consciente (rituel simple)

Objectif : libérer les tensions, les énergies stagnantes ou étrangères, les émotions bloquées.

Comment faire :

1. Choisis un moment calme (matin ou soir idéalement).

2. Avant d’entrer dans l’eau, pose une intention claire :
"Je me libère de toutes les énergies qui ne m’appartiennent pas. Que la mer m’aide à retrouver pureté et clarté."

3. Entre dans l’eau en conscience. Sens chaque vague comme un mouvement de purification.

4. Tu peux visualiser une lumière blanche ou turquoise qui descend sur toi.

5. Termine en remerciant l’élément Eau pour son aide.

Variante à distance : Prépare une bassine d’eau salée ou un bain, et fais le même rituel chez toi, dans une ambiance méditative.

Rééquilibrage émotionnel avec la mer

Marche méditative au bord de l’eau

Objectif : ancrage, libération du mental, harmonisation des chakras.

Pratique :

Marche pieds nus sur le sable ou les galets.
Respire profondément, au rythme des vagues.
À chaque pas, visualise un chakra qui s’ouvre et s’aligne (de bas en haut).
Sens la connexion entre la Terre (le sable) et l’Eau (la mer).

Cette marche aide particulièrement à retrouver la stabilité intérieure, à calmer le mental, et à recharger le corps éthérique.

Soins marins à la maison

Bain de sel énergétique

Remplis une baignoire d’eau tiède.

Ajoute 500 g de sel de mer non raffiné (option : ajoute quelques gouttes d’huile essentielle de lavande ou de myrrhe).

Allume une bougie, mets une musique douce, entre avec une intention de nettoyage.

Reste dans l’eau environ 20 minutes, sans savon ni distraction.

Visualise les impuretés énergétiques s’évacuer.

Rince-toi ensuite à l’eau claire (important pour terminer le rituel).

Gommage au sel (nettoyage de l’aura)

Prépare un mélange : sel fin + huile végétale (amande douce, coco...) + quelques gouttes d’huile essentielle.

Applique en mouvements circulaires sur tout le corps (hors visage) en visualisant le retrait des “couches” énergétiques polluées.

Rince-toi, bois un verre d’eau et repose-toi.

The Four-Fold Breath is a Pranayama Yoga technique known as Sama-Vritti, which in English means "equal breathing," or "box-breathing." Besides being a preliminary breathing technique for ritual exercises from "The Magus," you can implement it when encountering a stressful situation or dealing with anxiety. Its use will calm you down within a few minutes and enable you to think clearly. Moreover, its performance will shift your consciousness into the Alpha State. Using the Four-Fold Breath opens up the psychic centre, the Mind's Eye Chakra (Ajna), which, in turn, creates a stronger connection with your Crown Chakra (Sahasrara), thereby aligning you with the Spirit energy.
