🕯️ There are conversations that are not easy to have.
Not because they are uncomfortable.
But because they touch the deepest, most vulnerable parts of what it means to be human.
🌿 Recently, I had the opportunity to share a part of my story.
A story of pain, survival, healing and the long journey of learning how to stay connected to myself when everything felt overwhelming.
💚 If there is one thing I have learned, it is that suffering often grows in silence.
And healing often begins when we dare to speak, to be heard and to realise we are not alone.

🤍 I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to@noutoumantal for creating a platform where conversations like these can exist.
Thank you for your kindness, your warmth, your openness and the genuine care with which you welcome your guests.
In a world where vulnerability can still feel risky, spaces like yours help make difficult conversations feel a little safer, a little more human, and a little less lonely.
✨ I also want to thank all the beautiful souls who have crossed my path over the years and who now form part of the support network that surrounds me.
The messages.
The encouragement.
The moments of listening.
The acts of kindness.
The love.
The hope.
You may not always realise the impact of your presence, but please know that your words and your support have often been rays of light during some very dark moments.
🌱 None of us are meant to walk this journey alone.
And if there is one thing I take away from my own experiences, it is that connection, compassion and community have the power to carry us through more than we could ever imagine.
Thank you for walking alongside me.
With humility, gratitude, hope and light,
Delphine ✨
