Hey good morning friends...today i gave Naledi Opti Rooibos supplemts for sinus. i have been using the spray but finally i took the courage and put her on the vitamins. I read this from the Annique monthly Magazine I hope to soon share with you all. This article was on the continued Rooibos miracles for children- Back to school basics'. She needs more than the tea I give her each day. We both suffer this especially in Malawi. So lets see if tonight we get some sleep!!!
