This experience is open to ALL LEVELS in yoga and freediving. Whether this is your first time, or you have a seasoned practice, all are welcome.

It's been an age for me to finally grapple with tech and start to share in this space the practices I love.

It is never too late to start stepping to where it is you have dreamt and daydreamed!

This is a 25 minute invitation to press pause, find the floor or your bed and all the cosy pillows and blankets ... and be guided in yoga nidra. Awake and aware in a sleep state... It's a very healing and cosmic space to be!
